Our construction services are also very diversified, again dependent on your needs.
It begins with jobsite coordination. Our project manager and sheet metal foreman meet to insure all other trades are aware of scheduling and specific construction requirements.
Shop drawing submittals are then prepared and approved by our engineering staff to ensure necessary heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment are properly ordered and delivered.
All ductwork is manufactured from raw steel in our facility, utilizing a complete line of sheet metal fabricating equipment to cut, form, insulate and deliver to any jobsite.
After delivery of materials, our union craftsmen begin installation of the HVAC equipment, including ceiling diffusers, louvers and ductwork distribution systems—not to mention piping for gas, refrigeration, hot and chilled water, venting, drain, air and vacuum.
Also, during this phase of your project, our in-house controls department begins installation of the HVAC control systems. This includes the starting and initial checking of air, water and calibration of all control devices.
At the completion of any project, we provide as-built record drawings and complete operation and maintenance manuals to outline the needs of HVAC systems. We also provide on-site walkthroughs of the HVAC systems operation to explain how to control their environment.
Finally, after the project has been commissioned by our construction department, any future requirements—including warranty concerns—are handled by our service and maintenance departments.
Please feel free to contact our service department with any inquiries or scheduling needs.
